Of special interest this month is the first batch of D&G "2+2+2"-format DVD-audios - employing an unusual alternative speaker layout for greater realism with classical music and a much larger "sweet spot." With the video DVDs and standard CDs we have a grand total 145 discs reviewed. Components reviewed are the VPI TNT Jr. Turnable and the Outlaw Audio ICBM Bass Manager. The Survey of the Print Audio and HT Press is updated as current issues come in. Look for our annual Best Discs of the Year List soon.
